Summer Holiday Storage

We hired a unit to store our son’s possessions while on the long summer holiday from Uni. They sorted everything out for us from what size unit we would need and for how long and at a very reasonable rate. The storage facilities are clean and bright and well maintained. The Perfect Solution

We needed storage due to shop costs being to expensive and this facility was the perfect solution. I was unsure of what size unit we needed as I’d never used storage before, however when I rang and spoke to the Manager who advised me of the right size and even let me call in to check I was happy with it. We were offered the free van hire which was also a massive help and saved us on extra costs! The access hours are great especially as you can visit the store on a Saturday at no extra charge! The facilities are clean, secure and tidy. When we have deliveries arrive at the unit we use the trolleys provided which is an added bonus! Wholeheartedly Recommend

Used SureStore, Stafford as I required somewhere to store my ‘new kitchen’ units and appliances whilst building works to the room were finished. The facilities are excellent, secure , flexible access arrangements, covered loading/unloading area and unit sizes to fit all requirements. The manager, was polite, friendly and extremely helpful, allowing me to change units as my storage requirements changed. Bang On Recommendations

I urgently required storage as there was a delay in my house move. I was astonished that when I contacted you all my queries over the phone where answered and they recommended what size unit they thought I would require. I found the prices quoted very reasonable and were more than happy to show me around the facility in person so I could double check the unit he had recommended was ok for my requirements. I needn’t have bothered though as he was bang on with his recommendation but it was great to have a look around before bringing my goods into storage and get to familiarize myself with the site. I was even offered complimentary van hire which was even booked for me so that was great, one less thing for me to worry about. I cannot recommend you enough. Easy and Efficient

Have rented office space here, and have used their facilities when moving house. the place is very clean and organised The storage facilities are secure with nice wide corridors and big lifts, making their whole storage process very easy and efficient. Deserve All The Good Reviews

Desperate to move out of my apartment I had no alternative than to look for storage. I called around and it was a pain, however I got a call back and they not only sorted me out in about ten mins over the phone, they asked the right questions and the size they quoted me for was perfect and more importantly I’d paid what the told me over the phone – no usual hidden extras etc they’ve allowed me to move down sizes as I got rid of stuff and it really was way cheaper than I expected AND i got free van hire out of it! I’ve decided to stay with them on a permanent basis now for all those things I don’t want cluttering my new pad. good old fashioned customer service is hard to find these days but I got it here! They deserve all the good reviews I’ve seen. Franko

Van Hire Included For Free!

Had around a 6 week gap between moving from one property to another with nowhere to keep our belongings safe while we stayed with family. It really took the stress out of our move, they are really flexible and full of great advice, they even do boxes and packing!! Great service, great people, van hire included for free! A Safe Sanctuary

I always wanted somewhere to keep my “stuff” – all my boxes (for stuff I’ll never use and will one-day get round to selling on eBay), magazines from years gone by, and everything else my better half termed “junk”! Not A Penny Wasted

Booked storage for October and paid £10 deposit, turns out we didn’t need it after all! All staff at  were helpful and professional. Bought some wardrobe storage boxes instead, and had £10 deposit taken off the cost of them which was unexpected. In Good Hands

I have used you guys for several years now, our working relationship started on a rainy day when I decided to relocate from Gloucester to Stoke-on-Trent. I had made enquiries several weeks before my move and was happy to hear that they understood the concept of customer service. Call me old fashioned if you like but it is nice to know that some people still remember what customer service is. The facilities are clean and dry, well organised and if I wanted to down size at any time the option is there, I like that. For now my stuff is in good hands and I found their insurance very completive and reassuring and so no sleepless night for me. The staff are friendly and professional and don’t call you pal or mate. Great Service!!

I was moving in with my girlfriend, but her flat was already furnished. So I wanted to store my goods and gradually sell them. I got the best offer. I paid for 12 weeks and got 1 week free and the free use of their van (which also saved me a lot of money). After the twelve weeks I still had a few items left, they moved me into a smaller unit, without any hassle at all! The staff were very polite, helpful and understanding with what I needed! I really can’t recommend  enough

I am currently using the Stafford branch to store my furniture whilst the purchase of my property goes through. I have found the facility to be exceptional, Clean, Secure and very flexible. Also i have found the staff to be very professional and polite at all times and a real pleasure to deal with. In regards to the review below, I was made aware of all the terms and conditions including opening times when completing the “move in process” which I thought was very good and answered all the questions I had as I had never used storage before. I really can’t recommend So, if you’re looking for somewhere clean, secure and very easy to use give these a call. Chris

They have gone the extra mile

I approached these guys last year when I started my new business, I made several visits and was always welcomed, I explained at that time I was awaiting a new product launch which would determine my taking on a 500 cu/ft unit, I explained a few months later it was not going to happen, there was no chasing or constant calls just a polite give us a call when your ready which is what I did last month, I looked at the pros & cons of renting against taking this space, renting would be twice as expensive plus I get the use of a FLT, security, access as and when I require. I would like to thank the staff for there help over the past months they have gone the extra mile. Anonymous

We have used this site for many years. At all times the service we have received has been first class. Costs have been regularly checked against other storage facilities and have always shown best value. We were desperate for some ‘space’ to ease our burden when parents died. We wanted to take our time sorting through all the items – amassed over a lifetime – knowing how we might regret taking early action. That ‘need’ turned in another direction when my wife needed space to store art materials. At every stage they have catered for our needs.
