very good service, from start to finnish the staff at bolton have gone above to help, i would recomend to anyone thinking of placing stuff in storage to give them a try as they will not be disapointed with the servce.

The attention is fine and the place is very nice and recommended for everyone, the storage is clean and big 10 sqf for 10 sqf

Staff were helpful and friendly. Out-of-hours accept to the storage unit was very straightforward, and unloading was very simple. To give a degree of context, a Boxer van that took over 4 hours to load was fully unloaded and stored in less than an hour.

Jake was really welcomming and made the whole process easy and swift. I complicated things by wanting to change to a smaller locker after moving some stuff into the original storage space I was allocated. This was no trouble for Jake who was more than happy to facilitate this change. The whole experience was easy, smooth and I actually left with a smile on my face, which is strange considering how stressful moving can be.

So far we have been been very impressed with sure store (Burton), Phil went above and beyond to help be Tuesday afternoon when I was booking and he was very patient with me when telling me how to use the unit/code system. My husband found the guy on the phone earlier that day (James possibly - he knows it began with a J) was equally as helpful with reserving a storage unit that matched our needs. The storage facility itself is very clean and tidy. The only problem that we had was that sarnav/Google maps took us behind the store not to entrance, for anyone who hasn't been before head towards the Toby carvery near to the store and the entrance is straight on over two speed bumps from the carvery car park which would be on your right.

I had no idea what to expect. I made my booking over the phone which meant I could not upload my security details on-line so had to do it by e-mail. Luan was absolutely brilliant in every step of the process from initial phone call to confirmation e-mail to visit and show round. The place is spotlessly clean and very well organised. I would have no problem using SureStore in the future

needed storage unit at sort notice. Gemma at Wigan branch was so helpful, From the first phone call to the last loaded trolley into the unit. She didn't actually load the trolley, or push it to the unit !!!! but she did show us were to make a cup of tea 🙂

Their service is very professional and staff very helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and organised. Security is excellent as is access to trolleys and helpful equipment for moving items?around. They have thought if absolutely everything! I especiallyy like that there are recyle bins right on site! I am a happy customer.

The staff on site are fantastic. Both super friendly and extremely helpful. They were completely prepared for my arrival even though I’d done everything online and hadn’t warned them that I was coming down. Really organised and so welcoming. Everything on site is clean and dry and I feel really confident that my stuff is safe.
