The whole process from beginning to end was made very easy as we had never used a storage unit facility before. Everything was upfront and no additional add-ons. Gemma and Cameron who work in the Wokingham store were amazing. Both extremely helpful, lovely people and very kind to our golden retriever giving him treats and water each time we went in. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made it a pleasant experience. Today we met Manny whom was also lovely so a great team. The facility is very clean and our unit was great and we look forward to using them again in the future. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.
