I enquired months ago about possible storage and SureStore rang regularly to get updates. They helped with every aspect of my move from another location and even found more storage when my load was unexpectedly bigger than expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SureStore in the future.

I was dealt with on the phone initially and quoted the price plus extra discount as I was a returning customer. When I went to check out which size of storage room I required the staff were very helpful. Because they had all the information already booking , payment and setting up a password was uncomplicated.

Great staff , easy booking experience

I wasn’t too sure about the size of unit I required . The store attendant had no hesitation in showing me the two sizes of units that I was thinking of . After I chose the unit I decided on, the process of booking it was so easy and everything was fully explained of how to gain access in the future. Brilliant

Friendly, efficient, secure.

The staff are very friendly and supportive. I was shown round all the facilities and my "to be" unit. When I moved my belongs into the unit, they were very positive and helpful. Little things like being offered a drink when I was there for a while unloading and the large flat trolleys made the journeys faster and more efficient. I felt as thought they cared about me and my belongings and the security appears excellent. They make a good team.
