Brilliant from start to where we currently are. We communicated well throughout; the storage facility is excellent and very clean. The signing in process and app on my phone all help to ease the burden. I would highly recommend them.

I was dealt with on the phone initially and quoted the price plus extra discount as I was a returning customer. When I went to check out which size of storage room I required the staff were very helpful. Because they had all the information already booking , payment and setting up a password was uncomplicated.

Great staff , easy booking experience

I wasn’t too sure about the size of unit I required . The store attendant had no hesitation in showing me the two sizes of units that I was thinking of . After I chose the unit I decided on, the process of booking it was so easy and everything was fully explained of how to gain access in the future. Brilliant

The staff are very friendly and supportive. I was shown round all the facilities and my "to be" unit. When I moved my belongs into the unit, they were very positive and helpful. Little things like being offered a drink when I was there for a while unloading and the large flat trolleys made the journeys faster and more efficient. I felt as thought they cared about me and my belongings and the security appears excellent. They make a good team.

Gemma at Wokingham store was very helpful and supported us through the whole process of selecting a unit, getting a competitive price and setting up the access/app etc. Very patient. Store area is clean, well lit and access corridors are a sensible size for safe navigation of the trolleys when fully loaded. Feel that my goods are in a quality location.
