We’ve removed security deposits for most domestic storage units under 250 sqft. If you reserve or move into one of these units in 2025, no deposit is required—making your move-in easier and more affordable.
For larger spaces:

250–499 sqft units: £150 security deposit

500 sqft+ units: Minimum 4 weeks’ deposit

Offices (all sizes): Minimum 4 weeks’ deposit

Trade counters: Minimum 8 weeks’ deposit
This update doesn’t affect existing customers. All deposits will be refunded after move-out, as long as terms are met.
