The SureStore App makes it easy for you to check your account, view receipts and invoices, and make payments anywhere, anytime.

Available for all SureStore customers at our self-storage locations across the UK, the app allows you to access your stored belongings with ease by generating a remote access code for your use. So you can benefit from the peace of mind that your self-storage unit is safe and accessible by you and other authorised personnel only. You can add additional users to your account too, ideal if you share a unit with family, friends, a business partner, colleagues or employees.

How does the Storage App work?

The new self-storage app by SureStore is available for free download for most iOS and Android phones from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Customers can follow the links below or search the app stores for SureStore before installing it on their smartphone. 

Once you’ve installed the SureStore app and successfully verified your ID, it will grant you access to your self-storage unit by providing you with a unique access code. You’ll also be able to manage other aspects of your account, including invoices, payments, and users.
