Staff very courteous and effici6, answered all my questions and made process of deciding on the ideal unit for my needs. The rental terms were explained thoroughly as was access and egress to relevant unit.

I was dealt with on the phone initially and quoted the price plus extra discount as I was a returning customer. When I went to check out which size of storage room I required the staff were very helpful. Because they had all the information already booking , payment and setting up a password was uncomplicated.

Great staff , easy booking experience

I wasn’t too sure about the size of unit I required . The store attendant had no hesitation in showing me the two sizes of units that I was thinking of . After I chose the unit I decided on, the process of booking it was so easy and everything was fully explained of how to gain access in the future. Brilliant
