I liked the reminder/update calls as this was helpful in planning for utilising the service. I was given a lovely treat and I like the fact that you even checked for allergies. Gemma at Wokingham store was very helpful and supported us through the whole process of selecting a unit, getting a competitive price and setting up the access/app etc. Very patient. Store area is clean, well lit and access corridors are a sensible size for safe navigation of the trolleys when fully loaded. Feel that my goods are in a quality location.

So far so good! I made the enquiry at the start of the week at SureStore - Cannock, needing storage by the Friday. Same day viewing - absolutely lovely, friendly staff. Mariette and I think Claire (I'm gonna feel awful if that's wrong 😂) has been so helpful from the initial enquiry to handing the keys over. The unit itself is ideal - options tailored to you. Industrial lifts, trolleys, and later access hours than some storage units makes it easy!

Fabulous staff

From the start the staff have been amazing! I have never used storage before and they have helped me through the process, explaining when I don't understand, helping when I've got stuck, the staff are wonderful, especially Bradley and Tegan. I found my self in very difficult circumstances, needing storage, this part of the process was made easier using this company in Southport
