Fabulous Place To Deal With If You Need a Storage Unit!!!

The service I've received from here has been fabulous!!!! Brandon was lovely when I was hiring a unit & getting some boxes & bubble wrap. Steve I've dealt with on a number of occasions & he's absolutely an amazing person!!! I'm disabled & I had to have two furniture companies deliver there & Steve was just wonderful!! Katie is lovely too!!

A slow start but the Stevenage store has been amazing since signing the agreement for my storage. Love the app and the ease of access, even have spare £1 coins as I only had 2 and yes I did return it 😉

Fantastic service. The guy on reception was really helpful. Never rented a unit before. He took us through the whole process and gave us a hand with some of the heavier items. Other storage facilities about but would recommend these. Great value with 50% off for first 8 weeks

From initial enquiry to get-in the service and process is faultless. No pushy sales phone calls were received from reserving the unit to confirming my get in date. The team are on hand to answer queries to make your move an easier process and certainly less stressful. I reserved a unit over the phone with only a description given (location, lighting, access etc ...) of the available units. The unit is light and airy with first class security and set in an ideal location. Unit rates charged is very competitive but what sets this in front is the excellent customer service. The team are very welcoming, approachable and highly knowledgeable. I have moved from another provider and can't recommend Sure Store enough. My only regret is that I didn't move sooner.

Great service from David and the rest of the SureStore team. We needed space to store some of our belongings during a house move. The date for exchange wasn't clear until very short notice, but team were very accommodating in helping us! The unit was clean and tidy, the process of accessing the unit was clearly explained and the price was very reasonable. I was shown round on my first visit to view the size of the storage rooms, the staff are friendly and pleasant. I put a deposit on a room with no pressure to take the time until I needed it. Once I had a date to start the rental I completed the forms and was set up on the app to gain entrance, operate the lifts and access my room. Ask in all a good experience.
