Great efficient service with friendly staff at the Ashton under Lyne branch. Quick and simple to book and the flexibility to secure a unit with a small deposit before I knew the exact date needed was very useful. Great facilities and a quick walk round to explain the process and access arrangements when I actually took the unit was great.

Where should I choose for storage in Trafford?

Having never arranged for items to be put into storage and feeling a little daunted Liam and Wendy couldn’t have been more helpful. From showing me the different sized units and understanding my requirements to the day I moved I turned up in my hire van they were both fantastic. Wendy walked me through each stage from how to access the building to exiting and setting the alarm. If you need to hire a van they have an agreement with Hertz on site. My original online search of Where should I choose for storage in Trafford? Sure Store, don’t hesitate.

Excellent Overall Service!

Excellent customer service provided by Aaron Swallow. Especially, it’s not easy when life through you challenges with unexpected circumstances including the hurdles come along. Then you simply speak to someone like Aaron who makes the whole process so smooth and ease, doesn’t feel like at all you are doing it for first time and the different options available in the marketplace. Stress free storage.

Excellent help and advise from the staff could not ask for more. I knew the type of space I was looking for and they helped me achieve it. Purpose built storage facility clean, a breath of fresh air compared to some of the poorly converted and shabby buildings. Plus the added bonus of a hire van on site.

Storage Made Simply and Friendly

This is the first time that we have used a storage facility so we were unsure of what to expect as well as what we wanted, but the staff at this new branch we really helpful and friendly. They went through all of the pricing options, including offers that they had on at the time, after which they showed us a number of the units available so that we could get an idea of the size of unit that we might need. There was no hard sell or pressure to sign, and again, the member of staff who dealt with us was really nice and super friendly, which is a real credit to the business, something that I hope she will be rewarded for.

Luke at SureStore in Stoke has been brilliant and extremely helpful in setting up our new unit. He has been very patient and gone out of his way as setting up for an NHS account has many stages to negotiate. We really appreciate all his help.

Going the extra mile

We were trying to arrange storage at very short notice due to one of my parents returning from hospital with a lot of specialist equipment. As none of the family live locally, we really appreciated Brad's help talking us through the various options and reserving a larger unit (which it turns out we definitely needed). The process was further helped by Teigan, who processed the application quickly and arranged for the removals firm to have access. In the middle of a very stressful situation we really appreciated the staff going out of their way to help (and can highly recommend Craig for furniture removal 07926 868068)

Reserving a unit and then confirming the start date was very easy and put my mind at rest. Access procedure was well explained, easy to do and gave me confidence in the security. Everything was very clean and tidy. I must apologise as I cannot remember the receptionists name but she was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, patient and friendly. Her interpersonal skills were excellent and she is an asset to your business.

Highly professional and attentive service from Teigan and Brad when I made the initial enquiry, nothing was too much trouble and the rental price offered was very competitive. On signing up with Brandon(?) again nothing was an issue, very straight forward and professional. I like the use of technology to access the site and the unit. Would wholeheartedly recommend all especially Teigan who runs a tight, professional and engaging team.
