Professional service and plenty of choice. I was met with a friendly reception that couldn't do enough for my needs. I volunteer for a local charity and houses are not built to store anymore. I use the Burton branch as that is where the charity is centred.

Having never used a storage facility before, SureStore was recommended by a friend. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, leading me through the process and answering all my questions. Registering was straightforward and I was soon set up with a secure room and full instructions on how to access and exit the facility. Overall, a very good experience, thank you.

Simple & fuss free process from start to finish. Website is informative & clear to start process, went to view storage to get idea of space needed, Samantha & Mitch are super helpful and friendly with it!! As I’m sat going through paperwork with Sam it is clear she knows most of her customers by name and they all love her, her customer service is spot on! Chatting away and I happen to mention I work at the local school. Within a week, Sam has organised some funding for the school as SureStore like to help out the surrounding community, to get themselves on the ‘local’ map. FANTASTIC service, FABULOUS company! I moved from Dorset to the North West and Tegan and the team at SureStore Wigan were incredibly helpful- organising everything remotely and dealing directly with my removal firm when I wasn’t able to travel with my worldly possessions. The storage facility is modern, clean and organised. I’ve now been able to transfer to the brand new Southport facility. Again the staff are helpful & friendly.
